My academic background, professional experience and leadership style inspired me to elaborate a new leadership theory and framework in May 2026 that I coined as FILE³: The Five Intelligences of Leadership Evolution, Effectiveness, and Excellence. Management will no longer heavily rely on IQ and technical skills in the AI era, but rather on EQ and soft skills. My modern leadership formula is: Leadership = AI + EQ + CQ + PQ + AQ.
