This management model develops a new interdisciplinary leadership architecture for the age of AI, symbolically represented through the five fingers of the human hand:
- augmented intelligence (AI) is the thumb,
- emotional intelligence (EQ) is the index finger,
- cultural intelligence (CQ) is the middle finger,
- political intelligence (PQ) is the ring finger,
- adaptive intelligence (AQ) is the little finger.
